What were the objectives?: To raise awareness of Burns’ work, to raise funds and awareness for his new museum

What have you achieved?: Funds were raised from across the globe and awareness (and hits to the relevant website) soared over the campaign.

Why do you deserve an award?: I think I’ve successfully implemented Twitter in every way without spamming, back slapping or unnecessary linking. I’m addicted.

What were the objectives?: Initially I was cajoled into it on the premise I could help brand myself to push my freelance career.

What have you achieved?: I have made friends, useful contacts, scored freelance work & it pushes me to write everyday which has been a great source of inspiration!

Why do you deserve an award?: RT “(hey, this is the internet, not poetry)”-Actually, the internet is poetry. Or abounds in poetic potential, an impetus I have harnessed.

What were the objectives?: To write using precisely 140 characters (no less, no more) as a poetic constraint thus creating a unique technologically influenced form.

What have you achieved?: I’d say yes. 79 poems and counting, along with hand bound chapbooks in production to bring the result back to the physical realm.

What have you achieved?: It’s early days. Demon Strike laucnh is 5 months away. Already hooked the book buyers at Waterstones and Borders, so it’s working well.
