What's your favorite Twitter application?

HootSuite is my favourite. The interface is very user friendly and given my Twitter addiction, it allows me to manage my many accounts!

What have you achieved?

Built active and engaged communities around BusinessZone and The Pitch. Named 10th most influential political tweeter by the Independent.

How would you descibe twitter to non-tweeters?

A welcoming platform to share ideas, make new connections and absorb knowledge. It's nothing to do with celebrity breakfasts!

Why do you deserve a GoldenTwit award?

I've used Twitter to help celebrate and promote the immense value entrepreneurs bring to the UK economy and society in general.
