When tweeting what are your objectives?
Publishing my own content (blogs, book), highlighting other content I think would be useful to followers, and foremost - to engage.
Why do you deserve a GoldenTwit award?
Because it would show a skeptical legal community that tweeting is worthwhile, that engagement is valuable and that change is inevitable.
Why should people vote for you?
I'm trying to integrate Social Media into the way Law Firms work and get them to see the benefits. They need forcing!

Social Media, Media Law, Pop Culture, Advertising and Broadcasting, the Media Industry, and bands I either love or hate
What is your biggest annoyance on Twitter
Any content which is blatantly sales-driven or ends in "LOL"
What have you achieved?
More followers than I deserve, leveraging presence into writing 2 books on Social Media and Law, gained new clients
How would you descibe twitter to non-tweeters?
The best jungle telegraph you could ever hope to find, a news feed without editorial bias and the best "opening line" to a conversation
What's your favorite Twitter application?
Previously Tweetdeck, now Hootsuite-great for an overview of what's happening.
